Product design engineers are in the perfect balance of manufacturing feasibility, after receiving concept or samples from you,we will make sketches firstly ,through thoroughly discussion , then finalize 3D and prototype followed when necessary for complex parts . 

Mould design 

Using CAE,CAM to analysis deformation,shrinkage,resin flow ,cycle time , Providing DFM for the gate options , parting line ,ejector pin ,surface finish and etc. Recommed appropriate steel (P20,NAK80,SKD61,H13) and Hot Runner (Yudo ,DME ,MOLD MASTER ,HASCO,INCOE ) according to your annual quantity,material and parts' complexity.
